My mom doesn't usually trust most groomers & is pretty picky when it comes to who we trust our dog Lilo with, BUT we found Cindy here on yelp and we both love how she did such an amazing job!! I highly recommend Cindy, she is experienced and was very patient with Lilo, giving her breaks in between to make sure she didn't get overwhelmed. When I picked up Lilo, she seemed very happy, we will definitely be taking her to get groomed here again !!

I have an older dog with some health issues and have been looking for an experienced groomer who would be gentle with my old girl. How lucky I was to find Cindy!! My dog Poppy really needed a haircut. I couldn't believe how good she looked and how calm she was when I picked her up. I feel very lucky to have found Cindy and Off The Grid. Cindy did a great job grooming both our pups. Our girl needed to be cut super short because of matting but she still looked good. She was done with both well before our original pick up time. Communication was clear and precise. We have recommended family and friends and will continue to come to her for all our grooming needs.
