Randy and the staff at The Pack are awesome. The set up there is super cool and you can immediately tell how much Randy cares about the dogs & the humans when you meet him! The Pack is quick to respond to questions and reservation requests and incredibly accommodating to any special needs your dog may have. One of my dogs is a super anxious gal and Randy cared for her so well. Both my dogs boarded recently at The Pack and Randy was super flexible with our return time after our flight got delayed.

The Pack is a lifesaver for my weekly doggy daycare needs and occasional boarding requests. Randy and his team are great with all the dogs. I get occasional updates and stories about how Olive did for the day when I pick him up. I've been a loyal patron to The Pack for over half a year and I genuinely could not ask for better service and care for my dog. Since we started patronizing The Pack over half a year ago, my dog Olive has grown so much in confidence and improved his socialization with other dogs.Randy is very responsive to questions and reservation requests and cares about his clients and their pooches. You can't go wrong with The Pack!
