We hired Les to help us with our 22lb mini poodle who had a rough year plus with a negligent breeder. We got our pup at 1.5 years old and he just turned 5. We were having trouble understanding his barking jags he was prone to. Les was incredibly kind and compassionate with us and our pup. She taught us different ways to distract him in a good way from his barking. And how to offer safety and comfort to him. It was such a wonderful way to offer comfort effectively and not rely on sheet discipline. Cannot say enough great things about Les! We have an older lab, Lilly, who was extremely reactive on-leash, and walks were super stressful. I could pretty much only take her out early in the morning, when there were few to no other people around. After working with Les, I can comfortably and confidently walk Lilly pretty much any time of day. Les really works with you to develop the skills you need to help your dog figure out what is expected of them, and for you both to feel more comfortable and confident. I highly recommend Les, and I'm sure I will be keeping in touch if we ever need a refresher.
