“We love Top Dog! If you want peace of mind, I highly recommend Top Dog. They’ve been a massive part of our dog's life for over 4 years, through puppy school, walking classes, and now regular ranch outings 3 days a week. The bond she has with the Top Dog team is incredibly special.

They’re accommodating and communicative with scheduling and focus on safety. They are brilliant at managing dog dynamics, making sure every dog is grouped with similar temperaments. They genuinely put the happiness and well being of the dogs first and we’re lucky to have Natalie and the Top Dog team in our dog’s life.“

“We found it surprisingly difficult to safely socialize our puppy with other puppies, especially before she was fully vaccinated. Prime Paw’s puppy socials have given her a safe, well-managed place to play, learn, and build confidence with dogs her own age and size.

Even if you already have a trainer, Prime Paw is an excellent resource and a great complement to your puppy’s training. We can’t recommend it enough!“

“When we adopted our Chihuahua mix Mingus he had a real chip on his shoulder and was practically feral adn very aggressive to strangers and all dogs. He couldnt walk properly on the leash, be he was too busy barking and lunging at all dogs, looking for a fight around every corner. Me and my husband could not agree on training tactics and we feared we would never be able to have visitors over again after he bit my mother in law.

After doing Dan's 5 week training program, Mingus is a new dog. He's calmer, and more secure in himself. He can walk on a leash, barks less at other dogs, and actually has boundaries that he can follow. Me and my husband all know the same training commands which helped our arguments about Mingus to subside.

After we had our first child, Dan was kind enough to come to our house for a free at home training session to help strategize on how to get Mingus acclimated as we feared his aggression would flare up again with our new baby. Luckily this has never happened bc Mingus is truly a completely different/better dog bc of Dan's services.“

Golden Gate Dog Sports Pet Boarding Training

“I own a young field Golden Retriever with boundless energy that needs to be channeled into productive, fun activities. I discovered Golden Gate Dog Sports online and was immediately impressed by their offerings.

We started with the Sports Sampler to see which disciplines—tricks, agility, or nose work—would most excite her, and it turns out she loved all of them!
Our trainer, Erika, made every sport feel exciting and accessible, ensuring all the dogs had a fantastic time.

We’ve since moved on to Pre-Agility with Erin, who is equally wonderful and passionate. The facility is impressively clean and organized, and the curriculum is designed so that every dog feels encouraged and successful. It’s clear the team takes their work seriously while keeping the atmosphere joyful. Five stars—we both absolutely love it here!“

“We started working with Jeff the very first week we brought home our Border Collie puppy, (“Diego”) and we’re so glad we did. He helped us hit the ground running and has guided us through every puppy stage, each one with its own challenges.

Jeff is confident, friendly, and professional, and he genuinely meets you where you are. We’ve learned so much and feel set up for the long haul. Highly recommend him to anyone with a new puppy or a dog they want to take to the next level. We’re extremely grateful for everything he’s done for us and Diego.

We look forward to continuing to work with him as we go into puppy adolescence. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Janet took on our dog for a period of over a month and was responsive, reliable, communicative and punctual. She set clear expectations with us about how she would work with our dog, with timings, and the biggest win was that our dog loved going out with her and spending time. She was also very careful about making sure he came home clean if there was rain, and to keep him away from foxtails etc. I would unreservedly recommend working with Janet“

“If I could give Shelah more than five stars, I would. She has become one of the most important people in my dog Luna's life—and in mine. I stumbled across her Yelp page, which is filled with glowing reviews, and after working with her myself, I completely understand why.

Luna and I have entered a new stage of life together. We are shifting our focus to the future, and I’ve realized how crucial it is to prioritize our long-term health, strength, and mobility. Just like people, dogs naturally experience physical changes and muscle loss as they age, which is exactly where Shelah’s expertise has been invaluable.

During our very first consultation, she noticed several subtle things that didn't seem quite right and encouraged me to follow up with our veterinarian. That recommendation led to a vet visit that ultimately revealed Luna was dealing with osteoarthritis and hip dysplasia. Because we caught both conditions early, we were able to develop a proactive treatment plan before they progressed further. I truly believe that, without Shelah, I wouldn't have recognized there was a problem until Luna was experiencing significant pain or mobility loss.

We are currently 12 weeks into our 20-week program, and the results have been remarkable. Every exercise program is thoughtfully tailored to your dog's individual needs, physical condition, and goals. We meet in person every week, where she demonstrates each exercise, watches me perform them with Luna, provides feedback on my technique, and adjusts the program based on Luna's condition.

What truly distinguishes Shelah is just how exceptionally thorough and detail-oriented she is in everything she does. She collaborates directly with our veterinary clinics, reviews medical records, and stays current on every aspect of Luna's health. After each session, she updates our client portal with that week's customized plan—complete with detailed instructions, photos, and videos—so I always know exactly what to do and never have to guess. Her professionalism, organization, and consistency are exceptional.

Beyond her technical knowledge, Shelah is simply an incredible person. She is kind, patient, and genuinely invested in her clients. Luna absolutely goes crazy with excitement whenever Shelah arrives—her entire body wiggles, her tail goes into overdrive, and she can barely contain herself. Watching their relationship grow has become one of the highlights of my week.

As a wonderful bonus, Shelah also offers canine massage therapy. Whenever time allows, Luna gets a therapeutic massage after our sessions. While it might sound like I'm simply spoiling her, it has actually been essential for relieving muscle tightness and supporting her mobility. Shelah is incredibly skilled at quickly identifying tension or discomfort.

Today, Luna is stronger, fitter, more mobile, and carries herself with noticeably better posture and confidence. Seeing her move with such ease has been incredibly rewarding. We can't slow down time, but we can absolutely change how our dogs experience it—giving them the tools to thrive as they grow older. Having Shelah as part of Luna's integrative care team has given me immense peace of mind and helped me be proactive instead of reactive.

If you love your dog, don't wait until mobility issues or pain become obvious. Invest in their health before major problems develop. Your dog will thank you, and your future self will be so grateful you started today.“

“Just wanted to update to emphasize how wonderful, patient, and flexible they are! Our dog has had a couple of medical things come up, and we had to cancel some trips. Lucky Paws was super compassionate and understanding and willing to work with us to see if we could make things work. 100% recommend their business! They care about you as a client.“
