“Only 07/23, I had lost all hot water from my 16 year old Rheem water heater. I made a call to AccuServe Plumbing & Drain and spoke to Mike. This was definitely after hours at 9:00 PM. Mike spent the time to trouble shoot some of the common problems my water heater could have potentially have been experiencing. The following day, I attempted to fix my water heater with the assistance of Mike on the line. Mike was very transparent and provided a service to me that blew away my expectations. He wasn't asking for anything return, just that I had my water heater fixed for my family.

Inevitably, the 16 year old water heater was a lost cause. I went to Home Depot and Mike guided me in which water heater would be most compatible for me. It was Saturday afternoon when I asked if Mike could come help me install the unit. Mike told me our only matching availability would be Tuesday. He advised me to call around to see if any other companies would be able to assist me as he knew not having hot water was a huge issue for my family. Rather than calling other companies to install it at an earlier time, I stuck with AccuServe due to their professionalism and transparency over the phone. Mike arrived on Tuesday with his son Shane and they were able to install the new water heater without any further issues.
