“July 13, 2026: we discovered a leak in the water valve assembly to our refrigerator ice maker and we had a leaking outside spigot that we tried to fix (bad idea) and caused the spigot to blow off the pipe, forcing us to turn off the main water supply. June 24, 2026: we had four different plumbing services performed: new one-handle bath/shower hardware including drain, shower head and spigot, installation if new main water service build up valves (outside), repairs to leaking pipes from second story bath/shower, and shut off valve and supply to all three toilets. A great team of Andrew, Will and Kaleb completed all of this extensive work in one day. All three gentlemen were friendly, neat and professional with their work. The jobs were done right and they cleaned up the work areas very nicely. The annual Steve’s membership saved us quite a lot, as the services were discounted.
February 2026: Work done: remove old water heater and install a new tankless water heater, along with all the water lines and electrical connections. Sean worked hard to get all this done in a day and the system works great! The tankless system is the better choice than the old type water heater, which had burst at a seam and sprayed hot water into our house and garage. Thanks to Sean’s great work, we can rest assured that we have a reliable hot water supply without worrying about another flooding incident.
Fall 2025: Matt was prompt, friendly and efficient. He explained the process of checking the A/C system, indicating that the key components were working at optimum levels. Very happy with Matt’s service. This was first visit for an annual maintenance contract.“

Timeline: Approximately 3–4 months

We decided to work with Bryan because we knew he would build a space where my parents could comfortably retire. Overall, the renovation process went very smoothly. There were a few bumps along the way, but Bryan and his team always pulled through and made things right in the end.

With any renovation project, there will inevitably be hurdles. What matters most is having an honest and reliable contractor you can trust. My dad became very comfortable with the workers, and they all emphasized that Bryan always makes sure the client is happy. The team was also responsive whenever something needed attention and came back promptly to fix issues.

Tips / Considerations
-You will need to hire an architect before Bryan can begin the project. We worked with Serge Mayer, who was excellent and very familiar with the City of Upland permitting process. The architectural planning phase took about 1–2 months.
-Hire a designer early in the process. Bryan and the team made great suggestions, but having a dedicated designer would have helped tremendously with the finer details. Ideally, bring a designer in during the architectural phase so the final result feels cohesive from the beginning. A designer can also help select higher-quality materials, improve the functionality of the space, and provide an additional perspective throughout the renovation.

Would we hire Bryan again?
Absolutely — 100%. The only thing we would do differently is hire a designer from the start.

About 10 months after the renovation, a few minor issues came up, but Bryan and his team returned and fixed everything at no additional charge. That level of follow-through and customer service really stood out to us.“
