Jonathan was our plumber ,he was extremely punctual, friendly, and he remained completely professional for the entirety of our appointment. He did not rush through the appointment to get to the next client like a lot of other plumbers do ,he really took his time to resolve our plumbing issue, to make sure it was done correctly. We also have a big repipe job we’re getting ready for and he offered to give us a quote, he inspected the house plumbing, he took photos and then he spoke to his boss and he was able to get us a huge price reduction that will save us thousands of dollars on the repipe.
