I have used right time since 2020 when we bought our house and they never cease to amaze me. We had our yearly check up for our central ac on Friday March 10 Conor Peterson arrived at 830 on time and started to do the maintenance and he recommended that we get our ac system cleaned it was needed, we needed to do paperwork and ofcourse my parents needed help with it, i called them and spoke to Conor to help them out, Conor was amazing he was very patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly showed that he was here to help unfortunately due to some technical error we wrnt able to do the paperwork so he called his boss to come back on Sunday he literally came out of h8s...read full review
The service technician may Michael very experience knowledgeable. He found out the problem with my unit and they gonna come next week and fix it. Thank you right time and I want to add Noe service technician thank you thank you guys job well done
Immediate response and contacting effort was excellent. Only issue was the contact was a little excessive as my phone received A LOT of activity from RightTime attempting to contact me.
