10135 Valley View St, Cypress“Club Pilates is amazing! Each class and instructor offers something different and challenging. It doesn’t get repetitive no matter who you are with. Each instructor is so knowledgeable and willing to help you reach your goal. The classes offer vary by skill set but they offer modifications in most movements to ensure that you can achieve it. All the instructors are worth mentioning. Rebecca’s classes are flowing and she always reminds you of the basics to incorporate. Jenna’s classes are so fun and I love her music. Khadija’s classes give a great burn. Briana’s story telling can make a plank go by so fast!“

13300 Whittier Blvd, Whittier“Oh my goodness! Where to start?! I absolutely love this place. Crossfit Blvd is now my second home as well as my family's. I have never in my 33 years of life been able to stick with a workout much less enjoy it! I came in a bit scared to be honest because I had never ever done anything similar but since day one with coach Yvette and her light, positivity, and encouragement I knew I could challenge myself to do it and be consistent. Three months later thanks to the coaches and the community I am going consistently at least 5 times a week and actually nailing Crossfit movements and getting healthier at the same time! I can hold myself on monkey bars, pick up my toddler or 50lbs dog food like nothing, if that's not proof I don't know what is! All the coaches Carlos, Rich, Katie, Meghan, Amanda, Mark, and Drew are so welcoming, encouraging and overall amazing human beings so thankful for them. Each and every class is an experience and overall amazing time. They also offer a kids class, which my kids absolutely love (9&10) they make it fun yet challenging and they can't wait to come back every Saturday. Who knew working out could be so much fun! Crossfit BLVD you have already changed my life in ways I never thought possible I am so grateful for this place and this community. I seriously cannot wait to see where I am a year from now and hopeful that this wonderful place will continue growing and impacting the life of more people like it did for me. Don't even think about it just come! We'll have an amazing workout and you'll meet some of the most wonderful humans in the process #crossfitblvd4life“

8676 Whittier Blvd, Pico Rivera“Great experience with my new personal trainer, Carolyn! She was knowledgeable, approachable, and made sure to tailor the workout to my goals. Gym had good machine selection, isn't too crowded, and all the staff are attentive. Looking forward to more training sessions when I'm back in the area!“
6AM - 9PM
2023 Bay St, Los Angeles“Sooooo... I drank the Crossfit Kool-aid. After years of watching my husband practice this crazy sport, I finally gave in.
I am not now, nor have I ever been a sporty person. I started coming to Mixtape for their yoga classes. Loved it. I then moved on to spin classes. Yes! I can do this. Now I'm doing the crazy WOD (Workout of the Day). I'm actually doing things in the gym I would have never thought I could do.
The coaches are without exception knowledgeable,
approachable, and encouraging. They modify and accomodate the workouts to your level of fitness. The facility is not like a typical chain gym, but it is clean and welcoming. But the NUMBER ONE REASON why I keep coming back is the sense of community that Coaches Sadie and Jason have fostered in their business. The inclusivity and comaraderie and overall lovefest I feel here are everything. Having a cruddy day at work? Come to the box. Relationship woes? Come to the box. Too many tamales? Come to the box. You'll sweat. You'll laugh. You'll feel better. Did I mention this is a dog-friendly spot? Seriosuly... come this box!!!“
“Perfect little golden nugget finding this place.Had Lesli for my first class, she was great! Had three more classes with Mc who is absolutely sensational I haven’t been in Yoga for over four years and this was a great welcome back to the practice. Thank you guys so much for letting me do my thing the way I like to do it. This is now my new yoga studio. Thank you Mc for gently introducing me back into the practice. I have a crazy schedule so the next time I will see you all will be in three weeks but I will be back for sure. Congratulations with your school and practice.Tim“

15334 Whittier Blvd, Whittier“I love this studio. I’m pretty new to Pilates, and the instructors here always make me feel comfortable. Going to a Pilates class here just a few times a week for the last few months has already improved my strength and flexibility. The space is warm and inviting, and I’m a frequent user of the little free library inside the studio too. Definitely recommend checking this studio out if you’re considering trying Pilates.“

6AM - 9PM
731 S Spring St #600, Los Angeles“I'm here for the weeks unlimited ($25) 5.22-29th. First impression: I like it a lot. It's a wonderful space of rooms teaching both heated and non-heated classes sans humidity. The word serenity comes to mind. As soon as you come in you are immediately greeted with a precipitous staircase and a embedded bronze placard proceeding warning you to "watch your first step". There are some commercial entities that have mastered the art of environment. Places where as soon as the door closes behind you shutting out the city bustle you've left behind you are almost transported to another place. I've not yet been to a space accomplishing this better than Boheme Yoga.I will of course update this as the week progresses. But they also teach pilates here so already, having had my very first P class ever only today, I'm a little in love with this place. It is what you think of when you imagine yoga studios: Discreet, quietly dignified and powerful in its certainty of being just exactly what it is: I tranquil place for serious minded yogis to come further stretch push and condition their bodies. All of them claim it, this feels already, as if it's actually accomplished and provided a safe space where perhaps there could actually be a 'community' of like minded people who do more than just sweat and endure together.Everyone here also seemed to have invested in good quality mats (as opposed to the yoga interlopers who've not yet decided if this is for them a short-term indulgence or life-long lifestyle commitment). And boy, not for nothing, but after corepoweryoga it was just nice to see a green lit water filter again. lol“
7:30 - 9PM
2526 Kent St, Los Angeles“The people are so friendly and also knowledgeable. It's a great combination of ancient wisdom and tradition and rigor while also being humble, earnest, and approachable plus it's a creative space that feels like a maker space but for your mind ;) Delicious tea and sometimes meals; a whole host of great events from full moon ceremonies to raucous dharma combats and weekly talks that change how i see everything but also show me how great i am already despite also being endearingly bonkers.“
6:30AM - 10PM
700 W 1st St, Los Angeles“I highly recommend this Hot Yoga Studio for anyone looking for an unparalleled experience.“
5:30AM - 1:15PM
3860 Worsham Ave #310, Long Beach“I love my RA yoga family. I’ve taken most of all the regular teachers and they’re all great and their own beautiful way! I’ve been at this studio for about two years and have tried other places, but nothing compares to the welcoming family like environment I feel at this studio. I am challenged to build mental and physical strength in every class. There’s always a class to suit my needs for how I feel that day physically and mentally. Some of my favorite instructors are Karen, Bobby, Marisa, Bridge, Christine, Rebecca, Aubrey, Corey, and Jill. The front desk staff make it that much more home like because they’re friendly, personable, and very helpful. Shout out to Leslie, Alisha, Jonah, Matthew, Azalea, Isabel, and Kehlani.“

“Cool gym, huge location and the operational hours are longer than other locations.
Best time to work out is after 8:00 AM and before 5:00 PM.
The locker room, bathrooms and showers really need a major makeover; repairs recommended.
Overall, good location to workout, staff makes the effort to keep it clean.
And remember everyone, make friends with the weights and cardio machines. ?“
