The gym has a huge location and longer operational hours compared to other locations. The best time to work out is after 8:00 AM and before 5:00 PM. While the locker room, bathrooms, and showers need some improvements, the staff makes an effort to keep the gym clean. Anthony Flores, the personal trainer, is described as very helpful and knowledgeable, assisting members in their weight loss journey. However, there is an issue with the availability of car charging stations, as they are often occupied by non-members or staff.
Everytime I come here. Without fail- something is broken in the spa. Part of why I come to the gym is to use the sauna and jacuzzi for back pain. Without fail- something is always closed for maintenance. This gym is also super dirty and not properly maintained. I’m so over LA Fitness. All locations are poorly managed. Time to cancel my membership.
I’ve been back at LA Fitness for over a month now, and honestly, it’s a big drop from where it was 10 years ago. Back then, employees would regularly walk the floor every hour, putting plates and dumbbells back, keeping the gym organized. I haven’t seen that at all recently.
The early mornings are brutal — there’s already a long line at 4:30 AM just to get in. They should seriously consider opening at 4 AM and investing in more staff during peak hours. Instead of being focused on scanning QR codes or barcodes, employees should be on the floor monitoring equipment and enforcing basic gym etiquette.

The pool's facility could be better. The size is good, the water was warm, and clean. Yet, the floors seems dirty. I am glad that I had sandals. The hot tub would be better if it had clear water. The bubbles had a residue of running makeup. The showers could use a update with a better shower head, and some showers could be transformed into private changing rooms with mirrors/ hair dryer. Overall, I am glad that you have a pool because I love swimming. 🏊♂️
