1576 Botelho Dr, Walnut Creek“I was nervous going in because I didn't know what to expect, but Sergio's energy and communication during the arms/abs/tread workout was great!
I loved the song choices and how they matched with what we were doing on the treadmills. I also liked how we could choose our own pace (with him giving us multiple numbers as options) for the running/jogging/cool down and it only felt encouraging and motivating. I am impressed at how he was able to time everything so well for both floor and treads with each second. Great job!“

It was so relaxing and at the same time she made us work hard without the students noticing. I loved everything every this class and I’m planning on returning“

311 Lennon Ln A, Walnut Creek“I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s awesome!
From the moment you walk in, you feel looked after. The whole space has such calm, grounding, chill energy and it is always absolutely immaculate. Cleanliness is clearly a huge priority, which adds to it being so easy to fully relax and switch off.
Rebecca, the owner, is one of the kindest, gentlest people I have met. You can feel how much care she puts into the space and into every person who walks through the door. All of the staff are attentive and warm, and they make you feel completely comfortable whether it is your first visit or your fiftieth.
I regularly use the float tank and I honestly reap the benefits every single time. It helps me reset mentally, de-stress, sleep better, and just feel more grounded in myself. I have also used the infrared sauna and it is just as amazing. Everything is thoughtfully set up so you can fully unwind.
They offer services for all needs and comfort levels, so if a float pod isn’t for you, then there are larger, more spacious rooms for you to try too! Everyone here is so knowledgeable and supportive and always ready to answer any questions.
If you are even slightly curious about floating or infrared sauna, this is the place to try it. It is such a special space run by genuinely lovely people, and I am so grateful to have found it.
Thank you folks! I’ll see you again soon!“
“I have been taken class for over three years. Love the positive energy each class brings to me .all the instructors are amazing.“
“I’ve been going to Clayton Yoga Shala for about a month now and it’s been a very pleasant experience. I never enjoyed yoga until now. I used to be sedentary and have been trying different ways to make myself willing to move more. My friend told me about this yoga place and I decided to give it a try. I started at the Mobility + Restore (all levels) with Shelly. Shelly explains the poses very clearly and gives step-by-step instructions which make different poses so much easier to achieve. I have tried other more advanced classes after the first week. Fast forward - now I feel a lot more comfortable doing yoga in general. Even my functional leg length discrepancy has improved significantly. I think Shelly’s classes have given me a much needed ramp to ease myself into yoga. The instructors and students are very nice and encouraging. The studio is clean and relaxing. I highly recommend Clayton Yoga Shala!“
“During these difficult times, Yoga Fusion is giving back to the community by offering free nightly mediation with Greg Riley. I highly recommend that if you are feeling stressed, need to connect or just want to learn meditation, you should attend. Additionally Greg is offering up free 45 minute individual wellness checks, it was a life save for me and helped me to re-focus.“

“Super convenient location for me! Classes are a fair price, the cheapest so far for me. They have a lot of equipment available for people. The only con is street parking. Might get lucky or not finding close parking. I had to park 2 blocks away when I went for the first time. I do look forward going back when I don't feel like going far for my usual yoga classes.“
