I highly recommend this Club Pilates studio location. The space is immaculate, very friendly and excellent classes. All the equipment is in excellent condition and clean. Colleen the manager is always friendly and willing to help with any situation that should arise. Claire works at the front desk and she is helpful and they both great everyone with a pleasant hello and a smile. The instructors are excellent. Trish, Saba, Mary and Gabriela are a few of my favorites. They all have their own styles and over the course of a short time no matter the instructor you have, all parts of your body have been touched. Love taking my Pilates classes here! Great instructors who make sure I'm getting the biggest benefit from every activity we do and who always offer ways to modify what I'm doing if it doesn't feel good for my body. My body has definitely become stronger and more toned and that's saying a lot for someone who is over 60 years young!!

I love pilates and Club Pilates. It's in a convenient location for me, with plenty of parking. It's clean and well organized and the staff are great. They have a variety of classes, from early morning until early evening. I like the online scheduling system, with text and email reminders. I'm really happy to have discovered CP - it's a great addition to my regular workout routine.
