During these difficult times, Yoga Fusion is giving back to the community by offering free nightly mediation with Greg Riley. I highly recommend that if you are feeling stressed, need to connect or just want to learn meditation, you should attend. Additionally Greg is offering up free 45 minute individual wellness checks, it was a life save for me and helped me to re-focus.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have happened upon Yoga Fusion at a time when I most needed it in my life. The studio features a strong team of instructors, each with a unique skill set to guide your practice and development. From absolute beginners to experienced yogis, there's a class or workshop to meet everyone's needs here. The vibe is light-hearted and laughter is highly encouraged! In addition to the outstanding classes, I found a welcoming community, deep connections, and new friends.

Never believed in yoga to much till my wife dragged me to come. I must say it was amazing how fast I noticed the benefits of yoga. I'm much more flexible. The teachers are really good and make it fun to be in their classes. It's more like a big family. I'm very happy that I went and would highly recommend you to check it out. You will not be disappointed.
