Adding to my review: I started with Restore classes and have added sculpt and slow flow- great challenges and feeling stronger with every class. Again, really like the variety the teachers provide.
I’ve had a great experience so far taking yoga sculpt Wednesday afternoons. Both instructors that have taught the class are experts and very knowledgeable, also making the class fun. Free convenient parking on Wednesdays in the garage right next to the studio!
I started with Restore and Slow Flow classes after too many years away from yoga, and after 6 classes my body feels so much better. Lisa is a great instructor and each session is different, interesting and challenging. Studio is impressively clean. Avg class attendance is around 10-15 people, so there is still room to move freely. Blocks and blankets are available for use. Cold towels after class are a refreshing touch! Check in staff is friendly. What a safe, welcoming community to be a part of!
