“Came here for the optometry for an eye exam and had a great experience. The staff and doctor Chu were so friendly and highly informative. After each eye test, she explained what was being done and what was being tested for. Will definitely be going back for check ups every few years.“

“Dr Ashraf is wonderful. She is very thorough and is always on time when it comes to telephone appointments. She attended to my request for refills right away, and I didn't have to wait. Dr. Ashraf really cares because she always followed up on my previous problems and made sure it was resolved or anything else needed to be done in order to resolve it. I never have problems making appointments, and all the staff are super helpful. Yanny is always kind and friendly.“

“My first experience at BioHackr Health was amazing! I had an appointment with Lindsey Ann and she provided excellent service. Lindsey Ann carefully explained all the details and results from my body compositional scan and provided me with a game plan to get my health back on track. Overall, Lindsey Ann has inspired me to prioritize health and wellness within all aspects of my life and I am already beginning to see the results and it feels great! I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with her! The entire staff was friendly, warm, and welcoming during my first visit and I enjoyed the experience. I'm looking forward to my next appointment and I'll definitely be back soon! For anyone out there who is seeking to improve their health and wellness: DON'T WAIT! “Each time I go in for treatment from Eva the problem is either greatly reduced or gone. Where can you go and get results like this in today's world... Unlike group acupuncture settings, you have a private room and can really relax which enhances the treatment immeasurably. Eva is an excellent practioner and an is easy to work with and very patient.“

“Really an outstanding experience. The nurses are lovely and absolute pros when it comes to inserting the IV. Also, they used a lidocaine air “gun” that instantly numbed the area where the IV would be placed… brilliant. My son will no longer be prepping 30 mins to an hour before infusions with lidocaine and Saran wrap on both hands! Very happy with our care at IVX Van Ness in SF.“

“I really like Dr. Meek. She's not a supplement-pusher like many age management medicine doctors, and she's quite knowledgeable and well-rounded, having done family medicine for quite a while before she fled the Kaiser system. She's quite practical and budget-minded. (For example, she doesn't have a problem with me splitting some meds.) I used to see Dr. Bartnof (who started the practice) and was reluctant to see her when he passed away because she's not *him*, but I've actually turned out to be really happy. For me, with hormonal/ pituitary problems, it's been a godsend, even though I'm not yet at the age where "age management medicine" usually kicks in. And it's not actually that crazy expensive, since the pricing is clear; her hourly rate is about half to a third of what lawyers charge in town, and a quarter of what I pay for my ridiculous insurance premium per month. For me it's been well worth it, to have someone on my side with more than the 15 minutes some "PCP" would have at Sutter or my pituitary specialist has at UCSF. You're lucky if you're comfortable financially and can afford this kind of old-fashioned medicine (or afford to prioritize it over other expenses), where someone actually sits down with you and looks at the whole picture. Everybody deserves this kind of care (too bad that's not the world we live in). The world would be a better place if each city had a hundred Dr. Meeks.“

“Attentive, extremely experienced and intelligent. My father spend few months in rehabilitation facility after being discharged from the hospital. It was a very difficult time for him and our whole family. This doctor seem to be the only one who truly cared, paid attention, was super patient with us, listened to our needs, and, most importantly, was able to recommend most appropriate medication.“

“1. I was not told before my first time visit but later found out that we can ask for a maximum daily parking voucher of $12 for 2405 Clay Street garage. (2100 Webster Street garage is not included.) 2. Sometimes they have patients from ICU and ask us to let them go first. It's entirely up to our decision to wait for another hour or not. 3. They will hand out some juice and biscuits after the MRI session and tell us to drink and eat immediately. 4. Dizziness after injecting 2 shots for MRI imaging. Better to sit in a cafe nearby to wait till that faint goes away. 5. My doctor recommend and have Dr. Susan Stevens to read my MRI. The results come quickly within the same day. I'm appreciated for that. 6. This is the only facility among CPMC MRI locations that does Pelvic area exam and that is not operated every single day but only a few technicians who can perform that kind of imaging. Better hurry to call ahead to guarantee a spot and stay in line earlier. 7. I'm actually still confused about the preparation before the MRI. I was told on the phone that no fasting (no food and drink) for an hour before the MRI. When I got there, they said it's fine to eat or drink. 8. You can reach here by walking through the front door of Stanford building (especially if you park in Clay street garage) or it's chilly outside so take the elevator from the lobby of Professional Building (they have an underground parking facility)“

“I literally just walked out of my cupping appointment with Julie, and it was so incredible. I've done acupuncture before, but always wanted to try cupping. It's my newest obsession. The cupping feeling is definitely interesting at first, but by the end of my appointment I felt deep relaxation *dare I say more relaxed than a massage*. Not only is Julie incredibly nice, but she's very professional and knowledgeable. She's the type of person that makes you feel like you've known her your entire life. So happy to have found Bu Tong!“
