Their location in San Francisco is in a lovely building with easy access. Very important to me because I'm in an electric wheelchair. The office interior is way better than I expected. It is modern, very comfortable, quiet and private. In addition, the staff is superior. Big thanks to Jasmine, Carmen, and Sue. You were terrific and made it a total breeze. If you need to use this facility, you will be entirely satisfied you did - and I'm kinda fussy :)“

The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-organized. The staff were professional and courteous, and the doctors were especially friendly, helpful, and patient in answering all my questions.

I appreciated how clearly they explained each step of the medical exam and ensured everything was completed in a timely manner. I received my completed I-693 form without any delays or issues.

“Dr. Sangwan is the first primary care doctor that I’ve felt comfortable with. She’s caring, supportive, patient, knowledgeable, and current on health and medication information. I appreciate that she takes her time with me and remembers from visit to visit both little and big issues. Besides her vast knowledge, she can guide and advise you on weight loss and weight management. She makes time for calls, video calls, squeezes in an office visit and of course schedules ahead for regular visits. I enjoy talking with her and don’t feel I have to rush out feeling flustered and not remembering what happened. Her after visit summaries really sum up the visit so you have a copy in hand and on line to review.
The office staff is calm and gentle and that really helps just in case you might be a little stressed because you’re going to the doctor! They’re also efficient when you might make a couple of extra calls now and then.
If you’re in need of a new doctor, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Sangwan more highly. I always recommend her to my friends and relatives.“

As someone who has struggled with teeth grinding and jaw clenching, finding an expert injector who understands the nature of TMJ treatment was very important to me.
