My daughter and I had the best experience with Velma, Jenn, and Margie at both the Burlingame and SF locations. They didn’t even blink at my daughter’s waist-length hair. We were both taken care of so thoroughly but also gently. We got an education in lice prevention where we know clearly how to keep this from happening again. They gave us peace of mind and showed so much patience in this process. They all made my daughter feel so comfortable and kept things light to distract from the process. I would recommend them and this business 100% and tell all people to skip trying to do this on your own.

My fairies: Velma, Jen and Margie were awesome. Cleaned out my daughter’s hair and we’ll be back for a second treatment. She was initially mortified at the thought of having lice but so grateful for your specialized salon! Thank you!
