I work as a nanny and found out i caught lice from the family I work for. Keith came by for a house call and was amazing!!! He was kind, informative, knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful. I have nothing but great things to say about him. If you happen to catch lice I would 100% recommend hair fairies sf and if possible ask for Keith!

Great service, I'm so happy I found them! Highly recommend them. Easy to schedule an appointment & very professional staff! Keith helped me. He is nice & thorough. He spent 2,5 hours combing my hair the first time and 1 hour the second time (follow up appointment) to make sure all the nits were completely gone. It's a bit frustrating to get lice at 33 but Hair Fairies made the treatment pleasant and very effective. A bit pricey but it's totally worth it if you want the lice & nits to be completely gone! Remember to check with your insurance if it's covered. If it is you can ask Hair Fairies for an itemized receipt to submit a claim with your insurance.

OLD POST NEVER POSTED 3 years ago: I'm 34 and never in my entire life have I ever seen what "lice" actually looked like until finding them in my kids hair. I'm itching while I Yelp! I was recommended to this place on a Saturday and Sunday morning I booked an appointment. I went on line and contacted both the San Francisco and Burlingame locations since this was an emergency I was determined to get this done ASAP! Shortly after my voice messages I received a message from the SF office saying we could come in today. I was extremely pleased with their response time!
