I've been a One Medical client for 15 years and counting. I've had two PCPs: Dr. Milovanovic and Dr. Rudias. They are both intelligent, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I am a high-needs patient with a neurological disease and a host of other medical issues. The care is superb, with additional benefits such as a vast Bay Area network of locations and providers. If you need immediate care, there's usually a provider available for same-day video appointments. I can walk into nearly any location for in-person lab visits without an appointment. Wow - great service all around. Went for a vaccine - didn't have an appointment but the receptioist was super accommodating and made it word. The lab technician was awesome (super cool and fun vibe) and vaccine procedure was perfect. Love One Medical all around!
