Jimmy is very thorough. He is familiar with my medical history and my needs. He listens to me when I tell him what I want to get out of Physical Therapy, and he gets me suggestions for exercise exercises will help me achieve my goals. He is an outstanding physical therapist. Whenever I see him, I feel that he understands and cares about my well-being. Jimmy reinforces the feeling that I get excellent care through Kaiser for all my medical needs. If you have an opportunity to use him as your physical therapist, he will be well served.

Dr Sterling was very kind, professional, patient and really took the time to examine all my concerns and thoroughly explain each one to set my mind at ease. She also made sure I left with a pamphlet outling things to look out for in the future. I hope my feedback gives her the recognition she deserves.
