“We found a house in our daughter's hair early on a Sunday. We were able to make a same-day appointment with Andrea, Micari, and Laura. They did not find anything on my wife and I but, yup, there were some nits and louses on my daughter's hair. Andrea handled my fidgety daughter great in combing out the nits and applying the anti-lice solutions. We were out the door by noon. We are very happy we found this place on Google.“

My only gripe is the confusion just by calling and getting the information over the phone.

However, I realized that is their system. They do everything in person. The only thing that is electronic is when they sign forms. A sense of trust has to be built with care relationships before care is established.

So many wonderful, charming, and enthusiastic people that work here!

I remember coming to the San Francisco location and I just asked a random janitor where to find the barber shop, and to my surprise, they have one! The fact that he knew and took the time to help my family veteran, was so endearing to us. They close super early and we weren't able to utilize this benefit regularly. Sighs.
