I appreciate that she takes her time with me and remembers from visit to visit both little and big issues. Besides her vast knowledge, she can guide and advise you on weight loss and weight management. She makes time for calls, video calls, squeezes in an office visit and of course schedules ahead for regular visits. I enjoy talking with her and don’t feel I have to rush out feeling flustered and not remembering what happened. Her after visit summaries really sum up the visit so you have a copy in hand and on line to review.
The office staff is calm and gentle and that really helps just in case you might be a little stressed because you’re going to the doctor! They’re also efficient when you might make a couple of extra calls now and then.
