Really an outstanding experience. The nurses are lovely and absolute pros when it comes to inserting the IV. Also, they used a lidocaine air “gun” that instantly numbed the area where the IV would be placed… brilliant. My son will no longer be prepping 30 mins to an hour before infusions with lidocaine and Saran wrap on both hands! Very happy with our care at IVX Van Ness in SF.

I recently had the privilege of receiving treatment at this infusion center, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team of knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff. Nicole, Bobbie, and Lauren, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was truly top-notch.The ambiance of the center played a significant role in making my visits comfortable. If you have to get infusions in SF....IVX is the best place to do it. They have brand new facilities, you'll have a private room with TV, snacks etc. AND the staff is extremely professional with well-trained, experienced nurses and no wait time.
