There is always a queue. Why make appointments for so many people if you can't serve them in time?Additionally, if the previous patient is late, you can call the next one and warn that the time will change and they can arrive 15/20 minutes later... But you have to think about people, customers....

Dr Ashraf is wonderful. She is very thorough and is always on time when it comes to telephone appointments. She attended to my request for refills right away, and I didn't have to wait. Dr. Ashraf really cares because she always followed up on my previous problems and made sure it was resolved or anything else needed to be done in order to resolve it. I never have problems making appointments, and all the staff are super helpful. Yanny is always kind and friendly.

Doctor Helen Sun is very professional, patient with a good heart to help people.And all the staffs there are very nice, patient and helpful as well. My parents like to go there because they feel loved and care. I recommend people go there.
