Nannettee’s calm presence, deep experience and kind heart helped our whole family as we adjusted to a new reality. She stayed with us through transitioning my dad to a Memory Care facility and guided us all through the bumpy first months. When it was time to add to the team, she helped to identify who should join our team and worked with them to share all her knowledge of my dad and his needs. She is like family and we will be forever grateful. She brought Brent in as our other primary caregiver and he has developed an amazing relationship with our dad. Brent is always engaged and in tune with dad’s mood and needs and it has been incredible to see his responsiveness as my dad’s disease has progressed.
