Nannettee’s calm presence, deep experience and kind heart helped our whole family as we adjusted to a new reality. She stayed with us through transitioning my dad to a Memory Care facility and guided us all through the bumpy first months. When it was time to add to the team, she helped to identify who should join our team and worked with them to share all her knowledge of my dad and his needs. She is like family and we will be forever grateful. She brought Brent in as our other primary caregiver and he has developed an amazing relationship with our dad. Brent is always engaged and in tune with dad’s mood and needs and it has been incredible to see his responsiveness as my dad’s disease has progressed. He is thoughtful, caring and funny and we could not ask for more. “Jessica from public relations dept reached out to me. She was very thoughtful and explained why we fell through the cracks as we were not informed that Jackie Chan was doing takeout at the height of the pandemic. She apologized and said their customer base is monolingual Chinese and they were able to access the information about the services as they read the Chinese newspaper and we don't. She explained the door ring camera policy is donated by the company Ring, and you need WiFi to access it which we don't have. She said she can connect me with AT & T at a discount rate for seniors. Jessica is very compassionate towards the seniors. Even though one employee left us with a bitter taste (she hassled people for donations and elbowed her coworker not to give me the lunch), I think this organization is very sensitive and compassionate towards us seniors. One bad apple doesn't spoil the whole barrel.“

She was prompt , communicative, warm, obviously extremely smart and experienced, and ultimately gave my family and I the immune system boost we needed to get through the week without catching covid.
