I had a good experience with the individual therapists who work for Carelink but a bad experience with the office. They seem really disorganized and don't keep you informed of what's going on (in this case, the care of a family member). You have to call and pester them to find out what's happening - it feels like they're doing the bare minimum. I didn't choose them in the first place but I would avoid working with them in the future.

Marissa was assigned to help my wife and I. She has been absolutely WONDERFUL to both of us! She comes when she’s supposed to and goes to work immediately!She has become more than a helper, she has become part of the family!

Very poor service, steer clear of this place especially if you have a serious wound. They're very nonchalant and worse of all they come to your home and have no type of people skills so not only are you uncomfortable with your wound but with the awkwardness. My first visit the nurse talked about her Facebook being hacked and having p*rn on it for 20 minutes of the visit because I told her I worked for Meta. I called the next day and requested a new nurse to be assigned to my home care visits and they sent a nurse who was very rough, would seem frustrated and uncomfortable changing my wound vac.
