    Jobs are easy to acquire.Support, guidance and accurate information are NOT.I continue to work with them but seeking help for unsafe conditions (hazardous homes) was like pulling teeth. You get passed on to multiple "agents", you can not get into contact with case manager and I played phone hockey trying to find guidance.Pay was easy to figure out as long as you submit your timesheets. Money came in regularly with no issue but there really should've been more support for caretakers

    Why it can be a 5 stars:Pay is the best out of all, it is fairly easy to book a shift.4.0 stars for my nurse account manager Jessica Dizon.However, after working for them for 3 years…This is how my experience went,When I had started with them I was on 1099, and after 2 years, out of nowhere, I was not notified that they had changed my tax form to W2 and that pay is weekly and not next day anymore. It was a lot to deal with going back and forth because I was so confused what was going on with my paycheck. It is also hard to reach the HR via phone call or email.Shifts as of now are so-so. 2 years ago I can pre-book shifts with lots of facilities that I am comfortable...read full review

    Communication with the Carelinx Team would be more helpful, it is very hard to get a hold of anyone and to get answers when we need them!And the App isn't very helpful especially when trying to find clients and job's, we just have to rely on the Care team to call us when one is available.
