1. With any full-priced cleaning, they're happy to come back within 30 days for a complimentary emergency spot treatment (with kids and dogs, I use it every time!).

2. If I need a quick emergency cleaning, I can text the owner Mr Stewart, and he will often stop by the same day!

3. Mr Stewart and his son are prompt, fast, and always flexible. For example, they're always willing to clean my half-fabric car seats in addition to everything else.

4. They are so great at knowing what products to pre-apply on each type of stain to best remove it.

5. If I ever notice following a cleaning that a spot didn't quite come out, they will quickly come back and work until it's gone.
