Ruben came to clean our carpets and did an outstanding job. He arrived early, was very friendly and professional, and paid close attention to every detail. We’ve been using this carpet cleaning service for several years and really like their green cleaning options, but Ruben is by far the best technician we’ve ever had. I even recommended them to my little sister, and after her first cleaning, she was thrilled with the results. Her carpet looked brand new, even though it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. She was so happy, she video called me just to show off how clean everything was! I’ll admit, I was a little jealous seeing how spotless her carpets looked. edward did a fantastic job cleaning and repairing our carpet! he was very friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew what he was doing. we were in a tough spot after our dog damaged the carpet, and we needed help fast. edward arrived at our place in san francisco within a couple of hours, even though it was short notice. he gave us a fair quote, explained his plan, and got right to work. once he finished, you couldn’t even tell there had ever been a problem with the carpet—the repair blended in perfectly. he even went above and beyond by taking care of some extra cleaning after discussing it with us over the phone. edward was also open and personable, sharing stories...read full review
