Ken and his team are absolutely excellent. Having first used their services almost a decade ago, they did such an amazing job that whenever I do need a carpet steam cleaned I always give them a call. I recently used Ken (and shout out to Raul) to clean the stairwell carpet and it was night and day the result. Living on a busy main street in SF, the amount of grossness they cleaned out had my jaw on the ground. Even if your carpet is in rough shape they do an amazing job. I’ll 100% use again.
