I received my cleaned rugs today and I couldn't recommend Papillon more highly on all counts. They did a wonderful job with my rugs (which hadn't been cleaned in years). The rugs smell wonderfully fresh now and look amazing! I'm pretty sure that my rugs look better now than when they were brand new. The cost was exactly what Josh quoted me originally over the phone, and Josh was great about communicating with me throughout the process. Papillon picked up and dropped off my rugs for an additional fee (which Josh told me about on our first call) and that service was well worth it. He also cleaned our dining room chairs (getting rid of a couple of annoying stains) and he put fiber protection on two new sofas as well as the dining room chairs.Sebastian was on time, professional and clear with respect to pricing (and expectations). While he didn't think he could get out some of the stains, he did!!!We couldn't be happier and really appreciate the referral. They’re the reason I haven’t discarded the white rug because my puppy messed it up really bad. He would sometimes pee on it, and I would clean and clean which was frustrating. They do a great job, set reasonable prices and estimates, and are on time. They are hardworking and during the pandemic, wear masks and are vaccinated. I trust the quality of their work -- I've paid without "inspecting" if I had to step away. I can't vouch for them enough. My landlord was so happy with a move-out clean that they did that my landlord gave me my security deposit back on the spot. And an earlier apt was under unexpected repair / construction and they came to make it habitable and clean again.“
