Great service all around. They were on time and did a stellar job for the price agreed.We had bad experience with carpet cleaners previously, but we are very happy with the Carpet Masters. Looking forward to working with them again.

These guys did a terrific job. Ben said carpet cleaners' best friends are children and dogs! My puppy helped himself to a Pilot Rollerball V7 pen, which he chewed and left several nasty stains. Ben told us he could not guarantee they could get the stains out. They did a fantastic job, and there was only one area where the stain remained, although faded. We are incredibly grateful for his very prompt response as well as scheduling the next day. They did an excellent job.

Highly recommend. I needed multiple areas done (sofas, chairs, ottomans, rugs and wall-to-wall carpet). Ben was responsive by email, easy to book, and gave me a flat rate quote which was very reasonable. The team arrived on time, did a quick walk through and finished the job promptly. Everyone was professional and friendly. All food and pet stains came out. Will book again.
