Dryer vent cleaning: Marcelino and Roberto were great. I have a very unusual bent architecture - my dryer sits under a countertop in the central part of our downstairs, with a vent that run up and out through the roof. With this uncommon configuration, rather than giving up, the guys did a lengthy troubleshooting session and figured out the best way to get the job done (including climbing a ladder onto my roof).
They were courteous, collaborative and professional throughout the morning. A job very well done.
