“I’m a returning customer of Sparkling Carpets. They did a great job with my white shag rug in August 2022 and an even better job the second time around which was a year later. They’re the reason I haven’t discarded the white rug because my puppy messed it up really bad. He would sometimes pee on it, and I would clean and clean which was frustrating. I can’t thank Sparkling Carpets enough for bringing my rug back to life. Enzo is grown now and no longer messes up the rug so we can both enjoy it. The rug is pristine and back to its original white color, all pet stains/odor is gone, and it smells really nice. “Henry and his team are excellent and very trustworthy cleaners. I've used their team for 4 years in different apts I've rented / lived in SF since 2018. They do a great job, set reasonable prices and estimates, and are on time. They are hardworking and during the pandemic, wear masks and are vaccinated. I trust the quality of their work -- I've paid without "inspecting" if I had to step away. I can't vouch for them enough. My landlord was so happy with a move-out clean that they did that my landlord gave me my security deposit back on the spot. And an earlier apt was under unexpected repair / construction and they came to make it habitable and clean again.“
“I recently asked Josh at Papillon to clean three thick-pile wool area rugs for me and also to re-size one of the rugs. I received my cleaned rugs today and I couldn't recommend Papillon more highly on all counts. They did a wonderful job with my rugs (which hadn't been cleaned in years). The rugs smell wonderfully fresh now and look amazing! I'm pretty sure that my rugs look better now than when they were brand new. The cost was exactly what Josh quoted me originally over the phone, and Josh was great about communicating with me throughout the process. Papillon picked up and dropped off my rugs for an additional fee (which Josh told me about on our first call) and that service was well worth it. Josh was exactly on time both for the pickup and the delivery. What a great company!“
