I was a driver for a friend. She had a procedure that I had to wait for. As I waited on the first floor, 3 different people walked in and didn’t know where to go. They saw 3 things: stairs, elevator and a White Board on a stand which said WELCOME.
The different people were confused and looked bewildered. That’s when I would direct them to either the stairs or elevator.
Eventually I went upstairs and mentioned this situation to the very pleasant nurse who was at the reception desk. He took my feedback and immediately created and laminated a sign and placed it onto the surface of the white board!!
I didn’t get his name, but he is “top notch”!!! You do not find workers like this very often!

I have been here twice for a facial and I can’t rave enough about this place. When you walk the staff is really nice and friendly. Then when you start your facial the esthetician talks you through the process and what she suggests for your skin but she is open to your suggestions as well. The ambiance is relaxing and don’t be surprised if you fall asleep. I would highly recommend checking it out!

My mom was scared to get powder ombre eyebrows and lashes done, but came to Emily because her friend suggested, and we don't regret it. She's very happy with the results, she's taking even more selfies than she used to. Emily made sure we were both comfortable throughout the appointments we've had with her, situating my mom comfortably while she worked and offering us water as needed. She was very patient with us, given that we're completely unfamiliar with these things. Emily explained a lot of her reasoning for the process & what to do while it heals as she worked, which we found really helpful! Her workspace is bright and calm, considering the neighboring suites. I highly recommend her, you won't regret it.

Recently came about a week ago to get my hair done by StyledByElicia. She was amazing, it took about 6 hours but didn't even really feel as long because we were talking the entire time. She let me eat halfway through, she provided snacks and waters, and even WiFi. Had a couple issues needing to be addressed and they were able to give me an appt within a couple days…my choice since non-urgent and it’s the holidays, but they still got me squared away. Identified the issue, gave a fair price (great price actually) for parts and labor, and when I asked when the work could be done they said “be right back. We’re going to get the parts”. Incredible! Minutes later they return and make the magic happen! So professional, courteous and personable. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Toilet clog and toilet gurgling. Called Ace Pelizon Plumbing and Angel was able to come in within 30 mins. Cleared the clog from bathroom sink. Next day, noticed the toilet clogged and toilet gurgling appeared again. Ace Pelizon Plumbing was able to send Angel again at the scheduled time requested. He troubleshooted the issue and had to remove the toilet. He was able to find the cuase of the clot and was able to clear it. I was only charged for the extra procedures. Ace Pelizon Plumbing is profesional and reliable.

I've gone here since Phil Maldonado was the dentist, and that he sold the business to Ryan and then retired. He made the right choice. Ryan and the staff are always wonderful, kind, professional, and careful. Highly recommended.
The Staff and Dentist were kind and welcoming. The office looked clean, inviting to children and well maintained. It was only our first visit and Dr. didnt get to work on my child but I got a sense that she is very patient with the children and as accommodating as possible. Glad to have found this office. Look forward to continue my child's care here.
Dr Chang is the absolute best. He is attentive, communicative and pro active in your child's dental progress and care. His staff is the best. The office is well run thanks to Joseph, he is like family My kids do not want anyone else and I agree

Dr.Chris and Dr.Hernandez are have helped me a lot with my sciatica and back pain! They are very knowledgeable, patient and skilled in their profession! I always feel better after my appointment! Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming! I would highly recommended this chiropractor practice to everyone.

Have been coming to Dr. Claude for 15 years for minor pain issues when I pull something after dancing or some other physical activity.
I always feel better soon after. Sometimes, when I am really twisted I go for two sessions, but that doesn't usually happen. I also recommend getting a massage with a therapist inside his office before or after your session with Dr. Claude.
They seem to know that I was as anxious as my cat! Everyone was so friendly and kind. They covered all his needs and I never felt pressured to do everything recommended. They were attentive to his anxiety as well. Brenna is amazing! She is efficient, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She's a keeper. What I appreciated most is the calm and friendly manner of everyone.

Thank you for your genuine kindness and compassion. The doctor was amazing honest I've never met a Vet Doctor who had the most genuine intentions I felt she really wanted to help My fur baby and she wasn't trying to make money off my panic and breaking heart I was soo worried my kitty was going to be to expensive for me to save The vet technician the Vet Doc was so caring. Gave me an appointment the next day I was in and out of there with ease even with my stray kitty that didn't trust anyone but me my kitty trusted her it was amazing and comforting to see?
The price was bearable I will forever be grateful and always come back here I trust the Doctor in a way I've never trusted any other Vet. They absolutely care here and you feel it. Please never change ❤️
That place was awesome (for my cat with some anxiety to any noise). Very attentive, answers to all questions, made my boy look especial ly ready to go to a kitty prom.. love it
Very professional and detailed oriented. Liz was friendly and ask questions about the dog. Had a full grooming session and it was great. I've gone to others but this has to be by far the best. You can see the eye for detail and they seem to care for the pets. I will return again very pleased. Thank you Liz and staff. ?

I had back(spine) pain for long time. Tried many pain relief patches and pills, but still no much improvement. I decided to try some traditional medicine. I searched acupuncture clinic nearby and found Dr. Lu. I just took several times acupuncture and 1 month herbal medicine, now I feel my back pain almost gone.
