I was a driver for a friend. She had a procedure that I had to wait for. As I waited on the first floor, 3 different people walked in and didn’t know where to go. They saw 3 things: stairs, elevator and a White Board on a stand which said WELCOME.
The different people were confused and looked bewildered. That’s when I would direct them to either the stairs or elevator.
Eventually I went upstairs and mentioned this situation to the very pleasant nurse who was at the reception desk. He took my feedback and immediately created and laminated a sign and placed it onto the surface of the white board!!
I didn’t get his name, but he is “top notch”!!! You do not find workers like this very often!

Had a great experience with Felix. He came earlier than the expected time which was greatly appreciated. I gave him a mission to clean all the dog hair out my interior and he did just that and my car came out spotless. Today was my first day getting Botox and Ally was amazing. She took extra time to explain to me everything about Botox and help me create a plan to achieve the results. I really want. I highly recommend the self-care lounge, especially Ally it you're interested in exploring Botox and med spa in general. I'm excited to return and continue difterent types of treatments. The selt-care lounge is super clean and cute and everyone was so friendly. I even met the owner Kat, who was so humble and welcoming, and really an awesome person that I think deserves all the positive things in the world. She took the time to chat with me as a new client and was very welcoming for me to the self-care lounge.

New to the area and was looking for a simple barber and ran into Maria barber shop. Walk in on quite Wednesday and was greeted by I believe the son. Sat down and ask how much for a haircut and quoted me $25. I knotted and waited for my turn. Ask for a simple buzz cut and was very satisfied as my haircut does not take that long. They ended up charging me only $20 so I handed over $30 in total cause these guys were really cool. Will be coming back for sure.

She's very happy with the results, she's taking even more selfies than she used to. Emily made sure we were both comfortable throughout the appointments we've had with her, situating my mom comfortably while she worked and offering us water as needed. She was very patient with us, given that we're completely unfamiliar with these things. Emily explained a lot of her reasoning for the process & what to do while it heals as she worked, which we found really helpful! Her workspace is bright and calm, considering the neighboring suites. I highly recommend her, you won't regret it.

Recently came about a week ago to get my hair done by StyledByElicia. She was amazing, it took about 6 hours but didn't even really feel as long because we were talking the entire time. She let me eat halfway through, she provided snacks and waters, and even WiFi. I was nervous coming to her at first since it was my first time with her but I will definitely be coming back for my touch up's. I definitely recommend her.

I've gotten a handful of my many tattoos here over the last roughly 20 years. They've had some pretty great artists come and go over that time (RIP Juan Amaral). The piecer there, Paul, has been a constant presence the whole time and is always super friendly but I dont have any piercings. Today I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and Paul was awesome. He made her feel so comfortable and is so knowledgeable. If you need something pierced, I couldn't recommend this place any more highly.

Recently, we required a kitchen clean-out installation and waste line renovation at our residence. Given our recent negative experience with an unprofessional plumbing service provider, we exercised extreme caution in selecting a service. After reviewing reviews of plumbers in the San Gabriel Valley area, we contacted Top Notch Plumbing, INC (TNP), located in Covina, California. They scheduled an appointment with their Plumbing Technician, Ronnie Abracra, the following Saturday afternoon to provide an estimate. Mr. Abracra arrived early, having completed another job. He promptly listened to our concerns and prepared a detailed written estimate on the spot. After reviewing the estimate with us, we found the price to be neither the lowest nor highest. Our primary objective was to obtain quality work at a reasonable cost to meet our requirements. We made a decision and inquired about the start date. We were pleasantly surprised that Mr. Abracra could complete the job that Saturday afternoon before 5:00 p.m. It is important to note that the remedial repair involved the demolition of the drywall and exterior wood panel to access the existing plumbing in the wall. Mr. Abracra meticulously executed all demolition work, removing the exterior paneling to facilitate its reuse after the plumbing repair. He conducted all repairs professionally, addressing any questions I may have had throughout the process. We are extremely satisfied with the experience we had with TNP and the exceptional quality of work provided by Mr. Abracra. Sean and Johnny were very quick and professional. They came out within the hour, and communicated about their ETA the entire time. They identified the problem and fixed it within a half an hour. Very happy!
First and foremost Nick is very professional and kind. Our water heater went out days before Thanksgiving. Nick installed a new water heater, but still could not get our hot water to turn on. We live in a condo and the electrician that our property manager had scheduled to come out and check the wiring was not able to make it. We were told it would be a few days until he would be able to come out. On Thanksgiving week! We really didn't want to go another day without getting hot water. Nick took it upon himself to bring in his trusted electrician. It took them most of the day but Nick refused to leave until he took care of the problem. He knew busy, cold days were ahead of us and after more than 6 hours of work, together they were able to get the job done! We are very grateful! Thank you HOAG plumbing! Jerry and John recently installed a new lawn and irrigation system for us. To say that they went above and beyond is a shameful understatement. Not only is the lawn system they installed flawless, but the extra work they did on the landscaping side transformed our entire backyard. They were here at 7AM every morning, ensuring that every detail of the job -- no matter how minor -- was completed thoroughly. To illustrate the level of service....Jerry and John drove to our home on a weekly basis for a month-after the job was completed-to inspect the new lawn and check in with us.

Does anyone know what happened to Dr. CRUZ? I have tried to reach out to his office, there is no answer they been MIA..
Have been coming to Dr. Claude for 15 years for minor pain issues when I pull something after dancing or some other physical activity.
I always feel better soon after. Sometimes, when I am really twisted I go for two sessions, but that doesn't usually happen. I also recommend getting a massage with a therapist inside his office before or after your session with Dr. Claude.

They seem to know that I was as anxious as my cat! Everyone was so friendly and kind. They covered all his needs and I never felt pressured to do everything recommended. They were attentive to his anxiety as well. Brenna is amazing! She is efficient, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She's a keeper. What I appreciated most is the calm and friendly manner of everyone.

Thank you for your genuine kindness and compassion. The doctor was amazing honest I've never met a Vet Doctor who had the most genuine intentions I felt she really wanted to help My fur baby and she wasn't trying to make money off my panic and breaking heart I was soo worried my kitty was going to be to expensive for me to save The vet technician the Vet Doc was so caring. Gave me an appointment the next day I was in and out of there with ease even with my stray kitty that didn't trust anyone but me my kitty trusted her it was amazing and comforting to see?
The price was bearable I will forever be grateful and always come back here I trust the Doctor in a way I've never trusted any other Vet. They absolutely care here and you feel it. Please never change ❤️
My dog is a bit skittish but Melanie took her time and made him feel comfortable. He was very happy and so was I.
NAIL CUTTING: Thank you! Just brought in my elderly female cat of 18 years. She had a nail that was growing down into her paw and I wasn't sure how to cut it myself. It didn't puncture the paw so Lina was able to cut it. Only $12 for nail cutting and super quick. I might just start bringing in my cats for a quick nail cutting from now on instead of doing it myself all the time. I didn't think it'd be affordable, but $12 is perfect for me.
BATHING: I asked about bathing my fat boy cat; but this grooming place requires a rabies shot certification for bathing. I might go ahead and get one for him. He's heavy and starting to become too much for my arthritis.
Note: Nail cutting only are walk-in available. Bathing, you need to schedule.
According to our previous groomer, my dog was a horror, and they refused to accept her anymore. We came to XoloDoggie and they knew how to work with her and calm her anxiety. They got her all cleaned up and trimmed. We definitely found our future groomer at XoloDoggie.

I had back(spine) pain for long time. Tried many pain relief patches and pills, but still no much improvement. I decided to try some traditional medicine. I searched acupuncture clinic nearby and found Dr. Lu. I just took several times acupuncture and 1 month herbal medicine, now I feel my back pain almost gone. I can sleep whole night and won’t feel pain again. Thank you Dr. Lu letting me have better life now.
