PAWsitive Pet Grooming is a family-owned grooming service that offers personalized care for each pet. Since opening in Spring 2022, the business provides same-day appointments and serves the communities of Covina, West Covina, Azusa, Glendora, San Dimas, Diamond Bar, Walnut, Roland Heights, Hacienda Heights, City of Industry, Baldwin Park, and El Monte. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and the exceptional care their pets receive. One reviewer noted how relaxed their dog was after grooming, which is rare. Another customer, who has used the service for 3 years, describes the groomers as "awesome" and says their puppy always gets the best care. A third customer, who had a negative experience with a previous groomer, expressed satisfaction with the thorough and caring approach of the team, especially for their little white dog. Visitors also highlight that the staff knows how to handle nervous dogs, like a customer’s nervous and growling dog, praising Lina for her gentle handling and kindness. Many appreciate that they can get same-day appointments, even on Sundays, and find the prices reasonable. One customer mentioned their red healer cattle dog looks and smells much better after each visit, noting the groomer’s help with shedding. Additionally, the facility offers nail cutting for elderly pets, with a quick and affordable walk-in service costing only $12. Though bathing requires scheduling and rabies shot certification, pet owners find the services convenient and affordable. Visitors have also had wonderful experiences with nail trims for their dogs, noting their pets are taken great care of, with some returning regularly for grooming and bathing. Overall, PAWsitive Pet Grooming continues to be a trusted choice for pet owners seeking attentive and compassionate grooming services.
Very professional and detailed oriented. Liz was friendly and ask questions about the dog. Had a full grooming session and it was great. I've gone to others but this has to be by far the best. You can see the eye for detail and they seem to care for the pets. I will return again very pleased. Thank you Liz and staff. 👍
NAIL CUTTING: Thank you! Just brought in my elderly female cat of 18 years. She had a nail that was growing down into her paw and I wasn't sure how to cut it myself. It didn't puncture the paw so Lina was able to cut it. Only $12 for nail cutting and super quick. I might just start bringing in my cats for a quick nail cutting from now on instead of doing it myself all the time. I didn't think it'd be affordable, but $12 is perfect for me.
BATHING: I asked about bathing my fat boy cat; but this grooming place requires a rabies shot certification for bathing. I might go ahead and get one for him. He's heavy and starting to become too much for my arthritis.

Wonderful experience! We took our pug to get his nails trimmed, and he was taken great care of! We will be back for monthly trims. The location was nice and clean. Other pups seemed happy and taken care of, too! I'm so happy we called and went in. We’ve now gone back for a bath, service didn’t disappoint! Nails got trimmed, ears and rear glands cleaned, doggie smelled amazing and his fur was so soft! We will continue coming back :)
