Called Courtesy with an emergency. They were able to fix the issue the same day. Jack was courteous, efficient, and helpful. I will call them again for any plumbing issues that may arise.
I highly recommend this business. They were able to come out the same day I called. I was given a time of 3-6pm and guess what? Jack Bell (plumber)showed up a little before 3!!! That alone made me very happy.I needed new valves for my washer and Jack took care of it very quickly and left the area spotless.He also tightened a leak in my front yard (Hose attachment) and helped with mydownstairs leaky shower.If you need a plumber I highly recommend Jack and Courtesy Plumbers.
Courtesy Plumbing came out to help us today with a blockage in our plumbing. We had 'XXXXX-Plumbing' fix it for us last Saturday, or at least we thought they did. Last night all the toilets weren't flushing and almost overflowing, and nasty water was coming up thru the bathtub and shower. I called this morning, got a VERY good quote compared to the other company, and John arrived well within the promised time and got to work right away. within 15-20 minutes he pulled out a huge tangle of roots and junk from the pipeline. Why the other company didn't do that, I have no idea. Needless to say we'll be calling Courtesy Plumbing from now on whenever we have any plumbing issues....read full review
