“Amazing!
Ismail and James are both superstars!
They fixed my Nintendo switch in a couple of hours AND they fixed a couple of other items, did soldering, and replaced some parts for free!

“I recently had Encompass installed and configured on my new computer by ALLEN IT, and the experience was outstanding. The setup was completed quickly and professionally, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before they finished. They configured all of my settings, tested my access, and ensured I could start working immediately without any issues.
What really impressed me was their attention to security. They didn't just install Encompass—they made sure my computer was fully updated, secure, and compliant before connecting me to our company environment. Knowing that my workstation and my clients' sensitive information are protected gives me tremendous peace of mind.
The ALLEN IT team was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. If you're a mortgage professional looking for an IT company that understands Encompass and knows how to set it up securely and correctly the first time, I highly recommend ALLEN IT Managed IT & Cybersecurity. Thank you for making the process seamless!”
“A sole proprietary business who is honest and reasonably priced. Computer up grade with new components being done at home and something was not working. Other local repair shops were quoting higher pricing and 3-4 days in the shop. He diagnosed the problem the same afternoon and we were able to pick up before he closed. Sometimes the mom & pop size business can give faster service at a more competitive price. A good find for computer repair.”
