“The staff at the Covina location is friendly, and I appreciate how efficient scheduling is. (I also appreciate that they offer to schedule appointments, like labs, on my behalf.) I also like that they're open late and during the weekend.

It can be difficult to reach them by phone, which is why I knocked a star off my review.“

“Dr. Gin was professional, curtuous, and quick. 30 min wait for new patient and they accept mediCal. They did blood work quick and the nurse had good aim with the needle.“

“I was a driver for a friend. She had a procedure that I had to wait for. As I waited on the first floor, 3 different people walked in and didn’t know where to go. They saw 3 things: stairs, elevator and a White Board on a stand which said WELCOME.
The different people were confused and looked bewildered. That’s when I would direct them to either the stairs or elevator.
Eventually I went upstairs and mentioned this situation to the very pleasant nurse who was at the reception desk. He took my feedback and immediately created and laminated a sign and placed it onto the surface of the white board!!
I didn’t get his name, but he is “top notch”!!! You do not find workers like this very often!
