“East Valley Community Center is one of the best in the US. With nice and wonderful staff that makes sure your day ends with a smile and doctors that hear your concerns (shout out to frontdesk, nurses, and Dr. Pierson)! Not only that but, the location is willing to change/speak different languages for your needs! From Spanish, Thai, Malay, and Russian~ they all deserve a raise!

I can confidently go to this location without that anxiety or fear of going to the doctor's. Keep up the amazing work“

“I was a driver for a friend. She had a procedure that I had to wait for. As I waited on the first floor, 3 different people walked in and didn’t know where to go. They saw 3 things: stairs, elevator and a White Board on a stand which said WELCOME.
The different people were confused and looked bewildered. That’s when I would direct them to either the stairs or elevator.
Eventually I went upstairs and mentioned this situation to the very pleasant nurse who was at the reception desk. He took my feedback and immediately created and laminated a sign and placed it onto the surface of the white board!!
I didn’t get his name, but he is “top notch”!!! You do not find workers like this very often!
