My wifes family has been using the same plumber for 30+ years and unfortunately he has not worked on many tankless water heaters and we wanted to use someone from our neighborhood and so I reached out to yelp and had 3 quotes. The worst quote came in 7100.00 dollars. Yes $7100. The next one came it at $4200 but top notch plumbing did something nobody else did. They reached out to the manufacture Navien and spoke to them and apparently the original install was done incorrectly and Navien gave me a new tankless water tank all because Jeff their tech called the manufacture to find out if it was covered. They do a solid job. Had a leak from an older pipe under the slab. Leaking between kitchen and bathroom with lots of walls in between. Instead of digging into concrete they provided an option of pipe lining - they inserted an epoxy like material which creates a new pipe inside the older pipe. They gaurantee it for fifty years. They worked in the rain and did a professional job. Good to go.
I’ve been using top notch plumbing since they opened business and I’ve never had a problem with their work. Jeff has come out to my house a few times, he’s prompt, answers all my questions, doesn’t rush and is always thorough in his work. I would recommend them 100% of the time.
