“It is always worrisome when we try a repair service for the first time, but my worries were completely unfounded. The knob on my washer broke off and I called in the afternoon for same day service. Igor came late afternoon and figured out the problem quickly, and said he wouldn't be able to get the part needed until Monday (it was Friday) as warehouse was closed til then. I got a call late the next day (Saturday) and he said he found the part elsewhere and could be here in a half hour. He was, took about 15 minutes to complete the job, and it is working perfectly now, and I felt the charge was reasonable.”
