“Amazing service & speed! Wow, this was my first time having to replace a water heater, and I have to say I was VERY impressed! First, I was referred by my sister which was already a good sign. I called at 9:30pm (when I discovered my WH broke) on a Friday night and spoke to a live person (Cyrus), who set me up with a cost estimate and a time window for the very next morning to have my unit replaced! As promised, a very nice tech (Wesley) called me in the morning to say he was on his way, and behold...I had a new water heater installed by 11:30am!! Wesley was incredibly efficient, and what I liked best was his pride and praise that he had for his company. He expressed that it was a great company to work for, they care about everyone, and they treat their employees very well. As a consumer, it made me feel even better about my choice to hire Water Heaters Only. Thank you so much for the GREAT service!“

Overall I think the technician did a good job for unclogging our sink. In less than 20 minutes the final cost $250.“

“We had some old pipes leaking under our house and called Ed to take a look. Ed is exactly the kind of person you want working in your home. He immediately got under the house and sent me photos throughout the job (anyone who works under your house without sending you photos is a huge red flag , I learned from Ed). Ed even came back the next day to fix another leak under a different part of the house. His prices are not the cheapest, but doing the dirty work does not come cheap.“

After calling numerous places to help us with connection to sewer and septic tank abandonment (which if you are going through this it is quite a stressful process), it was so refreshing to speak with someone who actually wants to help you. Julie, who answers the phone, is incredibly knowledgeable about anything septic or sewer. She explained the entire process throughly to us and gave us all the information we needed. Vince was also incredible. He completed the project fast and efficient. They took into consideration surrounding landscapes and created the best game plan to complete our project. “This is my second review for Standard Plumbing, six years after the first one. In 2017 we bought ALL our bathroom and kitchen plumbing supplies, faucets, shower, shower pan, etc from Standard Plumbing. They have been very helpful. Over the years we have enjoyed the newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Six years later, one of the Grohe faucets started to have a very low water flow due to deposits.I went to the store to ask for assistance in buy a replacement part. One of the gentlemen working there, Johnny, has been very helpful. As soon as I provided him with copies of my 2017 purchases, he was able to track down the replacement part, reached out to Grohe and asked them to send us three replacement aerators for the three Grohe faucets. Not only did they send them, but the shipment was free of any charges, since the Grohe faucets have a true lifetime warranty.I really appreciate Johnny's help, so I thought that a nice note on Yelp would show potential customers that they will be in good hands with the Standard Plumbing team in Concord.We will certainly continue to use their services for any of our plumbing supplies needs.Thank you for your help and support, Johnny.“
