*On December 21, 2023, there was big rainstorm in Santa Barbara. The entire side yard area, laundry room, and 1 downstairs apartment were flooded. Two adjacent downstairs apartments had flooding, too.*We called Foundation Technology, and the crew drove from Santa Clarita, arriving within 3 hours!
