*On December 21, 2023, there was big rainstorm in Santa Barbara. The entire side yard area, laundry room, and 1 downstairs apartment were flooded. Two adjacent downstairs apartments had flooding, too.*We called Foundation Technology, and the crew drove from Santa Clarita, arriving within 3 hours! They dug trenches in the side yard to divert the water to the front yard and out to the street.*A few weeks later, the guys came back and installed a new drainage system AND a sump pump.*This past week, we had a great deal of rain, and the system worked GREAT.*Yesterday, February 4, 2024, the major storm hit Santa Barbara with tremendous force.*The street in front of my apartment...read full review
Foundation Technology did a retaining wall for us. They worked diligently and cleaned up after themselves. I have received many compliments on their work and would definitely recommend them. You pay for what you get. Thank you.
I really appreciated the time Jerry and team took to understand my unique situation and explain my options. They fixed my wall and the foundation of my ADU. It was journey but the work was excellent.
