“I was unable to get a phone or regular appointment with my doctor at Kaiser. They are either too busy or just don't care. I had tried getting an appointment over a week for symptoms of a possible cold. I took 4 COVID tests, just in case and they were all negative. The last couple of days, my throat was so painful, I thought maybe I had strep throat.I called the Roseville location and was able to make an online appointment within an hour. I had no idea how much the appointment would cost and was pleasantly surprised when they accepted my Kaiser information with a $15 Co-Pay. I was seen within minutes and after providing my concerns, the medical assistant provided a throat swab. The PA came in and I discussed my symptoms and how I was unable to get an appointment with my PCP at Kaiser. She advised that since I had my tonsils and adnoids out as a child, that it was unlikely I would have strep throat (that was a relief), as it hurt so much to swollen. She advised my lymph nods were swollen and it could just be from the previous cold that I experienced and gave me advice on taking Tylenol and trying hot water with lemon. I was just thankful it wasn't strep and I could go into my office tomorrow knowing that I wont be passing on the virus as the test came back negative and I found out while I was still at the clinic.It is good to know that I have an alternative when I can't been seen at Kaiser, which is an ongoing problem. I am glad they were able to assist and accepted my health insurance.“

“I was looking to have the PCR Covid test done, which I was told on the phone would be $90 because they do not take (or my?) insurance. Ashley was the only one there, so it was a bit of a wait, but I know this is the nature of urgent care facilities.When she was getting ready to help me, she realized that I was requesting the Covid test that is sent to the lab, and she told me they do not have it. She immediately called another urgent care, asked them if they have the PCR test, and if they would take my insurance. She was SO NICE and helpful! She gave me the address, and I left a happy camper. Thank you Ashely!!!“

“Dr. Marta and Dr. Borrowdale are so awesome! Yes, that's exactly how I had to start my review. I have been coming to this office for the last six years. Is it so much easier to just show up here when you need to see a doctor pretty quickly instead of waiting for an appointment with your regular doc. The visit is usually takes no more than 45 min, and they always take excellent care. They are very personable and they genuinely care. After each visit they call back to follow up. I always tell my family to come to this clinic even if it's far away from where they live. Also as a tip, I have been to ER and to urgent clinic and what I realized is why waste 3+hours at the ER if you can get quick check up here?“

“Was seen 4/3/2024 came in after opening took about 10 mins to check in and get called back. By far this was my best experience with Sutter I’ve had. The LVN ( Bonnie M.)was super sweet and helpful, then PA (Bart Peterson) was also super attentive towards my needs and had the nurse come in and get fluids started. Overall the easiest urgent care visit with some of the most genuine medical professionals I’ve met. Will definitely be back if I should ever need anything.“

“Everybody here has been very helpful, patient, and understanding with me. Always expect a bit of a wait. The first time I went in I didn't expect to be here so long, but I also checked in after 4pm. Today I went in around 3 and got out by 5, which was pretty fast compared to last time. The staff are compassionate and are LTGBQ allies, and have helped me to get my psychiatric medication as well as set up an appointment to establish care after switching insurance. The wait can be annoying so come prepared with a backup battery and maybe snacks. It's not a quick in-and-out but they are incredibly helpful.“

The two physicians/PA’s were great nice, very helpful with explaining. Great written summary too. Many arrived soon after I did yet all were handled professionally. “This is my second visit. Robert Ruiz, PA-C is an exceptional clinician and human. I visited an urgent care in Auburn 2 days ago for acute asthma. I was given an RX costing almost $300.00 that was not available and needed to be ordered, according to my pharmacy. I called back and the second one ordered cost even more, and not available. No immediate help and my breathing was getting worse. I called back to ask for help and was told to go to the emergency room. Fortunately, I remembered my previous very positive experience with MedCare and Robert Ruiz. He evaluated and treated me with an inhalation treatment even when they were closing. He ordered medication and acknowledge what I had been saying for weeks. I was having an allergic reaction to a medication. So refreshing to be seen, heard and guided by a true wise professional. I am keeping his contact and will whole heartedly share it.“

“I came here to get my tb test read and have my eye exam re done since the carbon health in Folsom didn't clear me for my work physical and it was a awful experience I am very happy to say I had a much better experience here today the staff was much friendlier and I didn't leave in tears from here like I did in Folsom :( than I had much better experience the lady at the roseville location and the dr working today was much friendlier and he told me he would pass me no problem given the fact that I want to work he told me he would pass me if I had 1 arm and 1 leg which I definitely appreciated the doctor being so willing to get me started with a job definitely away better experience by 100000 much more compassionate much better than my previous experience so happy that they where able to meet him very highly exceed my expectations. Very happy with this experience. I highly recommend this establishment for anybody. Looking for medical treatment care, work exams, etc. they are awesome great stuff. Efficient and they make you feel like you were valued and not just another number I will definitely be coming back here again very soon as it's more great spring system. “This is for the labor and delivery unit. I gave birth to my son 9 months ago, alone. I was pretty sad but the whole staff was kind, gentle, accommodating, and just soo soo CARING. I felt welcomed and loved even lol. Since I came in alone I didn't have anyone to take pictures of me and my newborn the nurses took them for me and I didn't even have to ask lol felt like I was surrounded by family I wish I could thank them all individually. Also, one of the nurses made me a mocktail right after birthing my son haha so sweet. They truly are the best.“
