Today was great! last time I was there. The PA would not prescribe me antibiotics for a sinus infection. I had to suffer a lot more days before I could get into my PCP to get in and get some help so basically I wasted my time going there and it really made me mad. Today was opposite. I had someone really nice who helped me if that other PA was there I was going to turn around and leave. She was also short, rude and arrogant.
I always have a good experienc here. My last medical issue was thoroughly addressed by Sydney and she helped me.come up with a recovery plan. Will helped me with my x-rays and helped me understand the process. I appreciated everyone's attentiveness and experienced support.
Online scheduling appointment is great.
Amber was my physician and she was positive and proactive and dealing with my sinus pressure / ear ache issue.
