The administrative staff went above and beyond to help me identify my insurance partner and coordinated with the urgent care team to send over all the necessary information for clarification. They handled the paperwork beautifully, which took a huge weight off my shoulders.

I had a very positive experience at MD Urgent Care. After struggling with my health problem for a long time, Christine Smith, NP, was finally able to identify the cause and truly listened to my concerns with care and professionalism. I also want to sincerely thank Yuliya Hare, PA, for sending the necessary antibiotics and medications for my treatment and making sure I received the care I needed. Both of them were compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to helping me feel better. I truly appreciate their kindness and excellent care, and I highly recommend MD Urgent Care to anyone looking for healthcare providers who genuinely care about their patients.
Best Urgent Care facility and the only one I take myself and the kids too. Clean site and always have good reading materials+music in the waiting room too! The waits can be a while depending on when you come but I mean, it's better than any ER wait time. We're talking walmart vs target vibes - and this is target. Chill, calm, great customer/client experience.
Doctors are always focused on patient advocacy and their referrals have gotten some major health issues addressed by my PCP and my daughter's, which would otherwise have been delayed by insurance/PCP.
