The office staff are always pleasant. They are concerned about you and why you came in for. Sometimes depending on the time you go. The wait is lengthy. Normally I get in and out in about ĺl2 hours. The Dr is very attentive. I have never had bad service
I had gone to my PCP 2 weeks ago and after they finally routed my Rx to the correct pharmacy the meds didn't treat it. They took another shot at our with a different med and day 4i was still sick so I went to urgent care.
They got me in quickly and I really liked the staff and doctor. I left work a new Rx plus they have a shot to speed treatment..I wasn't offered a shot at my PCP.
Wish this could be my primary care
Wonderful experience - didn't have to wait very long - a few minutes. I was seen by a nurse and the doctor actually treated my injured finger and drained the accumulated pus and blood, had the finger x-rayed, and pus culture sent to a lab for testing. I was also give a prescription for antibiotics.
In and out in less than one hour compared with UCD Emergency Room taking seven hours - five hours waiting for doctor to sign my release papers.
Dignity Urgent Care was great. Free street parking on Sundays
