“Stellar service from both the nurse and the doctor. The only negative about this visit is my encounter with staff who’s checking in patients. She’s rude and dismissive. She insisted that I can’t check in online through my phone. “It does not work. Maybe you’re in a wrong place.” She assumed many things before asking me my name. She asked my name more than twice. Lol and had me spell Maria. Her greeting was “checking in?!”…Not hello or may I help you? Why would I be in a wrong location? Why would MHO send me a link to check in if it’s not working? Short story, I was able to check in online before the receptionist figured out that yes I am in the right place.“
