“On Moday, June 22, the staff at Sutter Urgent Care were all very helpful, trying to irrigate the infection out of my left ear, but being unsuccessful, they referred me as an emergency to Sutter ENT, who called on Tuesday, June 23, that they had received an emergency referral, but said they'd call back to schedule in a couple days. I remarked that today was Tuesday. Would they call back by the end of the week? However, they have not called back as of Saturday, June 27--very disappointing!“
