“Amazing staff. I forgot about a conference call. Highly important. I had literally 3 minutes till the call. My phone was on 4% battery. The entire staff came together and got me registered, in, and out in literally 7 minutes. I am so grateful. THANK YOU!!!! Also, be nice to these girls!!! They are doing the best they can. Stop being self centered and walk in their shoes for a moment. We all have places to be. But it isn't always possible to expedite service. the way they were able to accommodate me was amazing but I had a simple TB test with no one in front or behind me! Be kind. You're grown ups. “I went for pre employment screening (physical, respirator fit test, TB test, and drug screen). I did not have an appointment (earliest appointment is about 4 1/2 weeks out) however I have been here before and they take walk ins but you might have to wait several hours. I was there from about 8am to 1pm (about 5 hours total). The manager was working the front desk, managing the queue and answering phone calls while also dealing with some customers that were very upset at things they couldn't do anything about. She was very professional and had the patience of a saint. Although the wait was long my experience was very pleasant with most staff being very friendly and the physician was awesome. He helped me feel more relaxed and joked a little while still being professional. Being in the healthcare field and then coming here I totally understand what they're going through. I appreciate their hard work. Thank you.“
