“Everybody here has been very helpful, patient, and understanding with me. Always expect a bit of a wait. The first time I went in I didn't expect to be here so long, but I also checked in after 4pm. Today I went in around 3 and got out by 5, which was pretty fast compared to last time. The staff are compassionate and are LTGBQ allies, and have helped me to get my psychiatric medication as well as set up an appointment to establish care after switching insurance. The wait can be annoying so come prepared with a backup battery and maybe snacks. It's not a quick in-and-out but they are incredibly helpful.“
