This 5 star review is regarding the experience I had with Stephanie, a Patient Navigator in the Memorialcare Fountain Valley (Corporate?) Office. I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. I really appreciated her help and just wanted to give credit where it is due. Thank you Stephanie!
Dr. Patel was patient, she took her time to listen, asked great questions, she's very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, professional and kind. I felt heard and truly appreciate her bedside manner.
Dr. Morley was nothing but amazing. He was friendly, punctual, vibrant, answered all our questions as first time parents. He explained my baby’s care without complicating things. I really like that he addressed concerns about my baby with a plan. I’m glad I chose Dr. Morley as my daughter’s pediatrician.
